Project Description

This was a DREAM project for me. I've always enjoyed working with this client. She had a wedding coordinator who was incredibly organized and creative. And the theme for the wedding was "Love & Disco"! At first when I agreed to work on the wedding signs, I thought it would be a few welcome signs for a hotel lobby and some directional signs for getting to different events. When we met on zoom I was a bit intimidated by how many pieces were actually needed, but I loved their enthusiasm and excitement. And they had a giant, detailed spreadsheet listing every project, size, text content and paper quality. (Oh, how I love an organized client!) The bride had created a beautiful AI image that included disco balls, flowers and feathers. It definitely set a strong tone for the event and sparked my imagination. In total I created 20 different print pieces, including large welcome signs, schedules, directional signs, menus and small sharing cards where guests received different questions with space to write on the back. There was even a "no parking" sign and a "groove citation" handed out encouraging people to get on the dance floor. I had so much fun with this project and was sad when it was all over.
